About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and great communicator/leader to join our growing team! We are looking for a Kitchen Operations Manager to coordinate orders, and oversee all restaurant operations. Experience in management, instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals while using various ingredients and cooking techniques is preferred. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele. Must be available full time & be able to work evening and weekend shifts.
Requirements
Experience in restaurant management required
Ability to coordinate kitchen operations.
Ability to cook food accurately and efficiently
Detail oriented, well organized
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Customer satisfaction-oriented
Strong communication and time management skills
Excellent physical condition and stamina
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
